Vegan recipes you should try + my best advice

Since I notice that more and more people are trying to eat vegan for a week/month/forever, I thought I'd share some of my favourite vegan posts I wrote. Ever since starting my own 21 day vegan challenge last year, it's been quite a journey experimenting with vegan food and the vegan lifestyle. I eat plant-based for about 90% (especially since getting back from my travels, where it was a bit harder.. but tips for eating vegan while traveling are coming soon!) and I feel great knowing that I'm consuming mostly unprocessed food while not harming any animals in the process. I can only spread the word about this lifestyle and hope to inspire other people! Try a recipe or two, give it a go for a day/week/month. I'm pretty sure you'll be pleasantly surprised :) 

My best advice

☆ The very best reasons why you should try a plant-based diet. You might think it's impossible at first but if you set your mind to something. I promise you won't miss out on anything good. 


My 4 favourite recipes

☆ Rice paper rolls with peanut dip - I made this last night and it's the perfect light and fresh meal. I simplified the vegan dip and just mixed crunchy peanut butter with Sriracha, soy sauce, ketjap manis and water. 

☆ Vegetable curry - I make this almost every week. So easy, good if you have leftover vegetables and very versatile. 

☆ Spicy cavolo nero & tempeh stir fry - I love this meal and definitely need to make it again soon before kale disappears off the shelves (the season is ending soon!)

☆ Easy walnut brownies - The only brownie recipe you'll need in your life, a real crowd pleaser!
