Real Techniques expert face brush

I've been using the Expert Face brush on a daily basis the past few months but never got round to writing about it, even though it's become an essential in my make-up collection. Real Techniques was created by Samantha Chapman, who is a make-up artist known for her and her sisters Pixiwoo channel on Youtube. Real Techniques consists of a few ranges of cruelty-free, affordable, high quality make-up brushes.

I use the Expert Face brush to apply foundation. Unlike the flat foundation brushes I used to buy and end up being disappointed with (the stripy foundation effect), this one applies my foundation quickly, evenly and smoothly. The brush feels very soft, but the bristles are so closely packed together that it's firm enough for applying foundation.

The bristles are made from Taklon, which is a synthetic material (= animal cruelty free). What I also like is the flat bottom, which allows the brush to stand straight on its own.

This brand is available at Boots and Superdrug in the UK, and online if you live abroad. Check out all selling points here. I really love my Expert Face brush and I can't wait to try out more RT brushes, like the blush brush and the setting brush.
