Tip for eating out healthy

Some might think that if you're trying to watch what you're eating before bikini-season, you can't enjoy a lunch/dinner with friends. But I've got a tip for you: instead of declining, propose to go to a Lebanese restaurant. Lebanese food is delicious and quite healthy too. Fattoush salad, hummus, tabbouleh.. there are enough healthy options, all freshly prepared, vegetarian and guilt-free. Last time I shared this big mezze platter with my friend. With a fresh mint tea on the side you'll have a cosy lunch with friends as well as having a healthy meal.
