I have been loving for a while now. It's a website where two people upload professional fitness videos and give health tips. I'm usually not a fan of work-out videos, but these are just so good and simple. Whether you want to do a quick 10 minute work out at home, or do a one-hour intense workout, this website is perfect. 

There's an easy system where you can decide what kind of exercise you'd like to do and which part of your body you want to focus on. Then you get an endless choice of work out videos, so you'll never get bored of doing the same work out. It shows the equipment you'll need (mostly you just need your body) and the difficulty. 

There's even a 1000 calorie home work out, seems like a bit of challenge but I must try it sometime. 

The best part? It's free! No need to buy a pricey work out video because hundreds of free videos are available for you on Fitnessblender. It almost sounds like I get paid to write this, but I just think it's great that such a professional website with hundreds of videos is just run by two people with regular jobs, who film videos at home in a spare room. It's incredible!
