La Fromagerie | Marylebone

Since I haven't written about London in a loooong time, and London still is one of the main themes on this blog, I decided I had to tell you about one of my new favorite places. La Fromagerie is, as you may have guessed, a charming little cheese shop in a street just off Marylebone High Street.

It doesn't only sell cheeses, but it's a deli which sells a selected amount of delicious and good quality food. Have a look..

The shop is not very hard to find, it's in a side street of Marylebone High Street. It's also open every day, which means you can put together a nice brunch on Sunday morning.

For the cheese lovers (I'm not really a big fan and I still love la Fromagerie) there's a separate cooled cheese room where you can find the most incredible range of cheeses shipped in from all over the world. You name it, they'll have it. Once you've chosen your cheese, you can continue browsing around with your shopping basket (the proper basket type, how cute!).

Apart from cheese you'll find seasonal vegetables, smoked salmon, olive oil & vinegars, freshly baked bread, fresh fruit, mozarella, burrata, butters, cookies, cakes, tea, herbs, charcuterie, pasta, chutney, prepared dishes and special potatoes. Everything looks appealing which makes you throw everything into your little basket.

There's also a sitting area which is open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea.

My favorites at La Fromagerie? The smoked salmon, cheddar cheese and the celeriac remoulade with Dijon mustard. Definitely worth a visit if you want to treat yourself with some delicious food. Note this down on your 'things to do in London' list or make a mental note.
