Le Comptoir Libanais

Wednesday - After showing around London to a friend who's visiting, we decided to have some lunch. Our initial idea was to go to Vapiano, but as we were walking, we came by this Lebanese place that always looked very appealing to me whenever I walked by it.  So we made a change of plans and went straight into the restaurant where we got seated right away.

I've never really had bad Lebanese food so I knew we wouldn't be disappointed. Le Comptoir Libanais on Wigmore Street offers typical Lebanese dishes for eating in or take-out. The restaurant looks very colourful with lots of decorations that makes it look like a little market.
The food was really good and filling, but still healthy. My salad with falafel and croutons was delicious and we were all saying 'mmm' while eating:).

If you like Lebanese food, Le Comptoir Libanais is another restaurant I recommend going to. It definitely inspired me to try to make Lebanese dishes sometimes. Tabbouleh salad, hummus and some Lebanese bread is simple, but oh so good! Get inspired and try out this place.
